Fairly clean venue with unbeatable location close to 32nd avenue. The room was large and our bed was exceptionally comfortable, we had a really great experience.

by and large, it was characterful base for sightseeing in grand forks, had much fun. the rooms with a microwave and stove top. lots of goodies for breakfast. i loved being in this place.

Perfect base for exploring Grand Forks. The staff were welcoming, the room was perfect and the bed was really great. It was across the calm area. Plus it was max 5 mins walk to the lake.

A very central location and consistently courteous staff were the highlight of this great stay. Room itself was welcoming and had a glorious view. I visited an in-house restaurant and appreciated the Vietnamese meals they offer.

There was a friendly reception. Hotel was fairly clean. It was located in a nice area short walk to restaurants, From The Alerus Center, the Arena. I enjoyed the stay.

The place was fairly clean with an efficient staff. Location of the hotel was quiet, right across from the ND football stadium. Also, it was walking distance to an indoor water park.

I liked the homey interior and the free wifi. There were comfy beds and TV set and microwave inside the room. Particularly good location to an indoor hockey arena. Wonderful stay in a DESIGNER hotel.
